Return & Exchange Policy
- We will gladly accept any unworn, unwashed merchandise with original packaging with labels and protective stickers attached within 7 Days of purchase for a refund or an exchange.
- Please return the goods with a copy of the invoice and mention the reason for returning the items.
- Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post at his/her own expense to our address.
- Delivery Charges will not be refunded.
- Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the returned products.
- All returns should be sent to Jatoi Hostel, Room No.221, Mehran UET Jamshoro, Sindh

Return & Exchange Conditions
The product is:
- Damaged
- Stained
- Defected or incomplete.
NOTE: This is only applicable for orders delivered within Pakistan, for international orders please contact us, and we will try to help you out in any possible way.
Return Exchange: Customized & Make to Orders:
Customized orders include Printing, alterations, and made-to-measure products which CANNOT be refunded or exchanged. However, if you received an incorrect measurement you can send us pictorial evidence of the error in alterations and we will try to fix the issue.
Returns: Sale & Discounted Ordres
Exchanges and refunds during a sale or on a discounted product are ONLY applicable if the product received does not match the product you have ordered.
